A cultured Akaroa Blue Pearl was used for this beautiful 18ct yellow gold brooch that also can be worn as a very elegant pendant. The piece has 62 brilliant cut diamonds set in 18ct white gold, curved around a round brilliant cut diamond and a pear shape diamond rim set at the bottom of the piece.
